Not one of my favorites but still it was an enjoyable read and I did not have the urge to put it down. The story starts with a car accident in a small town on the Kitsap Peninsula in Washington State. This is a story of twins who couldn't be more different! Tori and Lainie first appear in the car accident. They meet a drunk who later completely changes his life, and then encounters the twins years later, much to his detriment. Olsen is an amazing story teller! I've read a number of Gregg Olson's books, and they're all great. He has a way with mysteries and thrillers that grabs my attention and firmly holds it throughout his books. Like most of Mr Olsen's books it grabbed me from page one. Lots of twists and turns in spite of a fairly predictable ending. And like his other books that I've read on Kindle, it definitely needs editing, which I find strange, as he gives a big thanks to his editor. I guess she only edits his print versions as it has been very obvious that no one seems to be editing his ebooks. Most of them are like last drafts. It's as though he doesn't think enough of his ebook readers to bother which I find somewhat insulting.
